Uru’s journey began at the intersection of life sciences and business management, earning a Dual PhD focused on the commercialisation of novel therapeutics. What started as a quest to develop drug leads for chronic pain and oncology evolved into a mission to solve a much larger problem: the fragmentation of human data.

With over 16 years of experience building and scaling data-driven platforms across ANZ, APAC, EMEA, and North America, Uru has seen firsthand how isolated data hinders progress. She founded Aurumetrics to turn that data into a "Data-Agnostic" symphony.
